1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorised to enter into binding contracts.

2. Listings

All listings on Property Select pass our 5-step verification before publication. We do not warrant absolute accuracy and recommend independent due diligence.

3. Property Select Fund

PSF investments are subject to a separate accredited-investor agreement and suitability assessment.

4. Limitation of liability

Property Select acts as an information aggregator and intermediary. We are not the title-holder and do not guarantee transaction outcomes.
